Camden Computing Services has contracted with numerous departments on the Camden campus to oversee administration of their Unix and Unix-like hardware and software.    For information about obtaining accounts on departmental systems (systems other than clam or crab) maintained by Camden Computing Services, please go here .

server: muse
type: Dell PowerEdge running Linux, with Network Attached Storage provided by Adaptec SATA disk array, for classwork-related renders.

Compaq/HP Alphas
server: connacht/leinster  (shared server duties)
type: 2 quad-processor ES45 machines with 4/8 Gb of RAM running Tru64 Unix

HPC Lab
server: hpc
type: A pair of four-processor Sun V440s, with 8Gb of RAM each, running Solaris 9
clients: 10 Sun Blade 1500 workstations with 1Gb of RAM and Sun XVR-600 graphics accelerators, 2 Sun Ultra45 workstations with 2Gb RAM

MRI Lab
server: none
description: One Sun Blade 150 workstation serving as operator console to MRI system, one Sun Blade 100 RCI client workstation in adjacent lab is used for data processing
